It always depends on the country the shipment is going to. Shipping costs and delivery times are listed under "Shipping Costs," which can be found on the website under "Home" in the top menu . 

At Kreativkauf.si there are no shipping costs; all products are free of shipping costs . 

 

  • What shipping methods are available? 

For Shop Pekusch I use either DHL or Hermes, depending on your wishes, of the customer. 

At Kreativkauf.si, the goods are shipped directly from the manufacturer. 

 

  • What are the delivery times? 

At Shop Pekusch, delivery times within Germany are 2 working days. For all other delivery times , please refer to the shipping costs. 

 

  • What are the return conditions? 

We adhere to legal requirements. We accept returns free of charge within 30 days . Of course, only unworn and clean products. 

 

  • Are shipping costs refunded for returns? 

Of course . The customer can choose between a return label and a refund of the shipping costs.
